What to Expect During Your ISR Treatment
Before Your Appointment:
- Drink lots of water for 3 days before
- Don't use fake tanner on the area
- Don't take blood thinners (if possible)
- Come with clean, dry skin
- Wear comfy clothes you don't mind getting a little serum on
During Your Session:
- First, we clean and prep your skin
- We apply numbing cream and let it sit for 30-45 minutes
- We work on each stretch mark with the healing serum
- Small area = about 1 hour. Large area = up to 3 hours.
- Most people say it feels like light scratching or tickling
- You can listen to music, talk, or relax
Right After Treatment:

Does ISR hurt?

How long does a session take?
Small areas take about 1 hour (including numbing time). Large areas can take up to 3 hours. We'll give you a time estimate during your consultation.
Is ISR safe?
Yes. ISR is one of the safest stretch mark treatments available. We use medical-grade serums and follow strict health standards. Side effects are rare and minor (redness, swelling for a day or two).
Can ISR work on old stretch marks?
Absolutely! Old, white stretch marks respond just as well as new ones. The serum works on any color or age of mark.
What if I'm planning to get pregnant again?
Wait until after you're done having kids and your weight is stable. New pregnancy could create new stretch marks, and your results won't last if your body changes a lot.
How long do results last?

What's the difference between ISR and camouflage tattooing?
ISR helps your body heal the marks naturally with no ink. Camouflage tattooing uses skin-colored ink to cover marks that didn't fully respond to ISR. We usually try ISR first. If you need more coverage, we can add camouflage later.
Can I get ISR if I have dark skin?
Yes! But we'll do a test patch first. Some darker skin tones can get temporary hyperpigmentation (darker spots). The test patch helps us make sure your skin responds well. If it does, we're good to go. If not, we'll suggest a different approach.
When will I see results?
Your skin needs 4-6 weeks to heal and rebuild. You'll start seeing changes around week 2-3. Full results show up at the 4-6 week mark. That's when we decide if you need another session.
Can I exercise after ISR?
