  1. Book your session online: Choose a time that works for you. Sessions are 60 minutes long total, including a 45 minute sauna session, and 15 minutes flex-time to change and get ready. First-time visitors get special pricing.
  2. Choose your wellness program: Our smart sauna has 6 pre-set programs for different goals. Want to relax? Reduce pain? Improve your skin? We have a program for that.
  3. Get comfortable: Wear loose, comfortable clothes or bring a towel. Bring water to drink. Our sauna is private, clean, and calming.
  4. Relax in gentle heat: Our sauna uses lower temperatures than regular saunas (110 to 140 degrees). The heat feels gentle but goes deep into your body for maximum benefits.

Your first sauna session is easy and relaxing. Here's what happens:

  • Arrive 5 minutes early: This gives you time to change clothes if needed and get comfortable.
  • Choose your program: We'll help you pick the best wellness program for your goals. First-time visitors usually start with the Relaxation program.
  • Get settled: Bring a bottle of water into the sauna with you. Sit or lie down on the comfortable bench. You can wear light clothing, a bathing suit, or wrap yourself in a towel.
  • Relax for 30 to 60 minutes: The sauna will warm up gradually. You'll start to sweat gently. Listen to music, watch a show, meditate, or just close your eyes and breathe.
  • Take it slow your first time: If you've never used an infrared sauna before, start with 30 minutes. You can work up to longer sessions as your body gets used to the heat.
